Central Air Conditioning

Warm air is pulled from inside your house into the ductwork by a fan. A compressor in the outdoor unit circulates refrigerant between the indoor evaporator coil and the outdoor unit. Warm indoor air travels to the indoor coil and is absorbed by the refrigerant. Newly cooled air travels back through the ductwork in the home and lowers the temperature.

Ductless Mini Split Systems

The mini splits use the same process as the central air conditioning system. However, the air is pulled in through each head unit and then passes over the coil in the heating unit and then back out to your conditioned space.
